Install CurbTube

Install and pin CurbTube in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

Public store listings are not available yet. Use the development build below, and only trust future store links published on the CurbApps website.

Future store release

The verified listing will show CurbTube's storage, notifications, alarms, declarativeNetRequest, ad-network access, and access to all HTTP and HTTPS sites. Shared rooms need site access because direct video and HLS sources can live on any host. The media bridge stays dormant on every page until you choose Attach tab or Open source for a room. Once installed, pin the icon if you want it to stay visible.

Loading a development build

pnpm --filter @curbapps/ext-curbtube build

Load extensions/ext-curbtube/.output/chrome-mv3 from chrome://extensions with Developer mode enabled.

For Firefox, run pnpm --filter @curbapps/ext-curbtube build:firefox, then load extensions/ext-curbtube/.output/firefox-mv2/manifest.json from about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox.
